Returns & Exchanges Policy
Our Return Promise
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Some exclusions apply (see below).
How to Return an Item
- Initiate your return through our Returns Portal
- Package items securely in original packaging
- Include all tags and original documentation
- Attach the prepaid return label (where applicable)
- Drop at any UPS or USPS location
Return Conditions
Items must be:
- In original, saleable condition
- Free of odors, stains, or damage
- With all original tags and packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
- Final sale items (marked as such)
- Worn or washed merchandise
- Personalized/customized products
- Beauty and intimate apparel (hygiene reasons)
Refund Processing
- Refunds issued to original payment method
- Processing takes 7-10 business days after receipt
- Original shipping costs non-refundable
- Return shipping fees apply (except for defective items)
Exchange Process
For size/color exchanges:
- Return original item via standard process
- Place new order for desired item
We recommend ordering replacements first to ensure availability
Defective/Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty product:
- Contact us within 7 days via Support Form
- Include photos of defect/damage
- We’ll email a prepaid return label
International Returns
- Customer responsible for return shipping
- Must declare as “Returned Goods”
- Refund excludes original shipping costs
Store Credit Option
Instead of refund, you may request:
- Immediate store credit issuance
- No expiration date
- Redeemable online anytime
Holiday Exception
Extended return window:
- November 15 – December 24 purchases
- Returns accepted until January 31
- Standard conditions apply
